Today, we salute the United States Soccer Team, which recently defeated Spain (the #1 ranked team in the world) and was dominating Brazil 2-0 in the Confederations Cup finals before choking in the final half. Seriously though, it was an awesome effort, and I for one will try to remember to care whenever it is they play again. Probably in like two years? I don’t understand international football.

This video does NOT depict the US team, of course. This beautiful game features beautiful players doing beautiful things. The warm-up portion alone would probably sell 20 million copies (as Dead or Alive XTreme Soccer).

In any case, congratulations Team Diablo on a tough road win. And to the US players too… we’ll always have Spain.
