If I were asked to imagine a typical German video for a typical German song, I would come up with something like this all on my own. Thudding heavy bass, eurotrash dancers, a blonde dude in all white, motorcycles, and lots of sweat. But I don’t think this is a satire or a parody or a cliche; I think it’s very serious, and that’s what I love about it.

This video is all about the little things. The singer’s hair is fantastic, in both sweaty and non-sweaty styles. His dancing in particular is hilarious… I love the “can’t control my left hand” moves at 1:45. And he is just so happy when he is on his motorcycle!
