What better way to kick off 2010 than to bring you the most overplayed club song of 2004! Honestly, I am STILL sick of this song, but when you’re trying to do a theme about exercise, you can’t really get away with leaving this one out. So let’s just get it out of the way quickly, shall we?

If you’re unfamiliar with the track, you’re in a unique position to enjoy it. Congratulations! Actually, the video still has much to offer, assuming you enjoy watching scantily-clad women perform erotic exercises en masse. But for some of us, we can’t see those gyrating thighs without thinking of all the parodies, tributes, references in popular culture, etc. It’s too meta to even comment on. But even I am forced to concede that that must be a sign of a really good video.
