What better way to start out Love week than with a fantastically vacuous house track with a bittersweet video? This is a microcosm of the genre, and I don’t really mean that in a bad way.

What I particularly like about the video is the way the guy looks back at the end. He knows he just had a real measurable impact on this woman’s life. She has big heart, bigger than is useful for her current environment. But just when she’s starting to develop a healthy dose of cynicism, he comes along and chats her up. When he looks back and sees that her heart has regrown three sizes, what exactly is he thinking? The deliberate shadows make it hard to tell.
