The Les Rythmes Digitales album “Darkdancer” was a love letter to the 80s sound, so it’s only natural that the video for this synth-heavy track to have a video that could have aired in 1984 without anyone batting an eye.

This time it appears as if a keytar acts as the portal from the present day (meaning the 90s) back to the 80s. Aside from the hair and outfits, I appreciate the style of the music video production being retro as well.

Trainspotters will recognize the vocal sample as Skee-Lo. What, you were expecting something from the 80s?
